All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will be charged monthly or annually depending on which option you choose on the monthly or annual renewal date.
Onboarding is required and will be billed automatically for first time users of the platform. The onboarding services team will help these users onboard their first project to ensure that they understand how to use each application within the platform so they can set up their projects properly and productively.
You can switch to a new plan by going to the billing section and selecting the plan that you want to switch to. Once confirmed, your account will be updated to reflect the plan that you have selected.
Once your project goes over the monthly email sends that are allotted with your plan, your account will be automatically charged. Bildhive charges in blocks of 25,000 emails at $25 per month, calculated in real-time on a monthly basis.
A door fee is a one time processing support fee that is charged to your project subscription. Each project subscription is inclusive of 50 doors. Thereafter, a charge applies based on the number of doors to be processed and supported in your development project.
The following tier structure is used to calculate the per door fee:

No. If your development project sells out, you can choose to close out your project and cancel your plan without penalty. Be sure to export your lead and agreement data should you decide to cancel. Feel free to contact our support team should you have any questions.
Yes. Pay upfront for the yearly subscription and you get 10% off your monthly subscription fees. Add-on fees and one time fees are not discounted.
Yes. We have a 60 day money back guarantee for first time users. If you are not completely satisfied with our platform (within the first 60 days) we will give you a full refund towards your monthly subscription and add-on fees. To qualify for the refund, your team members would have had to complete all the onboarding training modules.
